Good marketing includes embracing and adapting to the world around you
Technological advancements have changed how we see marketing and share stories with audiences. The critical importance of becoming a good marketer is embracing and adapting to the world around you. Coveo believes that marketers must stay informed about their consumers, their needs, and rapidly changing market trends. It is important to keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and utilize them as a tool to build stronger relationships with your customers and develop engaging content that resonates on a deeper, emotional level.
Embracing diverse perspectives and voices in technology promotes creativity and innovation
Embracing diverse perspectives and voices is an important part of Coveo’s organizational culture. Coveo believes that diversity is important for innovation and creativity. Unique and different experiences from individuals at an organization bring new ways to approach problems and develop more creative and inclusive solutions. Coveo recognizes that including diverse teams that come from different career backgrounds and cultures can help to better understand the needs and preferences of their consumers.
“Bringing different opinions and lenses around the table makes Coveo stronger. Differences make you powerful.” – Sheila Morin, CMO, Coveo
Investing in youth and STEM education is the answer to creating a better world
STEM education offers excellent career opportunities and can address many of the world’s biggest challenges. Creating equitable learning experiences for youth and underrepresented communities is a mission Coveo shares with Actua. Coveo believes that now more than ever, it is essential to invest in STEM education and help youth develop critical skills to prepare them for the future of work.
“We had to choose our mission, we need to invest in making sure everybody has access to education. We want to make sure we participate in giving access and inspiring kids to build the confidence to go into STEM fields.”
